Electrogravitics, a type of anti-gravity propulsion, first began in the 1920s when Thomas Townsend Brown first began his experiments.
This concept tends to be shrouded in controversy due to the fact that so many UFO and government conspiracy theorists tend to believe electrogravitics is somehow related to extra-terrestrials.
Whatever the case, there is still time out there to prove if this concept can work.
