Archive Articles from Prominent News Sources on the Possibility of Taming Gravity
Taming Gravity offers a collection of popular articles from prominent News sources including popular magazines, news papers, websites and the like.
We call it our Archive collection or Archive for short. These articles are archived here for a few reasons:
- These articles longer available online.
- For the eventuality that they may no longer be online.
- They are no longer in print.
- If you do not want to pay for a back issue.
- You can find them here free.
- Or just because they may be difficult to find.
- To have as references for other articles (posts) here on Taming Gravity.
- This archive collection is also meant to be a reference resource for all writers and publishers.
This archive collection is also meant to be a reference resource for all writers and publishers. (Please feel free to use it).
Included in this archive collection are:
- Dr. Ning Li – Dr. Ning Li is a Chinese American physicist who spent time living and teaching in the US. She developed science and technology to make artificial gravity. She was fond of calling it A/C Gravity. Check out the two articles for definitions and more details in the drop down menu below the Archive label above or in the links here.
- “Taming Gravity” – By Jim Wilson – Popular Mechanics on Dr. Ning Li – October 2000. (*)
- “Zero Gravity – Antigravity devices” – By Corey S. Powell – Discover on Dr. Ning Li – May 1999.
- “Breaking the Law of Gravity” – By Charles Platt – Wired (including) on Dr. Ning Li – March 1998.
The list may be small for now but should grow as we spend more time researching the possibility of our very own planet Earth scientific community approaching Taming Gravity!

(*) Disclosure of “Taming Gravity” website name:
- Yes I took the name of this Popular Mechanics article for the name of my website here.
- I am not affiliated with Popular Mechanics in any way other then being inspired by their magazine.
- I hope my site lives up to (at least close to) Popular Mechanics rigor for content requirements.
- Taming Gravity seems to be fitting name for all efforts attempting the taming of gravity.
- And for all possible indications that gravity has been tamed elsewhere!
- And so far, Popular Mechanics has not come after me for copyright infringements, Whew!
