In this descriptive analysis of Quantum gravity and gravitations, Mr. Dave explains how fermions and bosons work in our universe while providing an accurate description of Quantum theory and General relativity theory. And while both theories would theoretically work hand in hand, they do not seem to be compatible. The video does a phenomenal job of giving a very brief synopsis of all the theories and how they work on their scales of large or small particles while briefly touching upon Big Bang Theory. A total must watch!!!
Key Takeaways:
- In quantum physics, fermions and boson are the basic building blocks of ordinary matter.
- It’s understood now that after the big bang, occurring billions of years ago, the electromagnetic force and the weak nuclear force became two distinct forces.
- Prior to the bang the two forces were conjoined as the electroweak force, which is presumed to have been a stronger, united force prior to that.
“We’ve gone through some of the main advancements in modern physics, which brings us to the here and now!”
