Dr. Jack Sarfatti claims the science behind the “Tic Tac” phenomena is simple. He explains that the scientific community is complicating something that can be explained with the simplest of physics’ understanding.

Dr. Sarfatti claims the physics part is solved. With over 50 years working on the science behind UFO technology, Dr Sarfatti feels he has solved the physics behind the “Tic Tac” phenomena.
