On 2017 astronomers in Hawaii at the Haleakala space telescope found a very strange interstellar object that they could not explain. There have been many theories on what it is, but a Harvard professor believes that this is an alien device made to listen and watch what is going on on Earth. It has promptly been named Oumuamua. Karen Meech who is an Astronomer led a research team to investigate what the object was and if it was alien. They found no evidence of it being of alien origin
Key Takeaways:
- In 2017 a telescope discovered an unusual interstellar object and named it Oumuamua
