Steven Hawkins believes alien life exists outside of earth. He also doesn’t believe it would be good if they discover us before we discover them. The pentagon even put out a list of what we would do if we encountered aliens and we assume that they would come up with a similar plan. The aliens would set up and use covert operations to study us because that is what we would do. We also have to think about how the aliens will benefit us. Will they help us or hinder us? Steven also believes an encounter will happen and it will be ugly. So, they will come study us, stare at us, and get bored.

I believe they’re already here and have been studying us. I think they’ve been interacting with leaders, and also I think there’s been trade. Technology for human specimens.
